Noël Stubblefield lives in San Anselmo, California. She has two grown children, Trey 19, a freshman in college in Colorado and Simone, a high school senior. She is an artist, active community member and charity volunteer. She plays tennis and golf and travels around the world for inspiration for new work.

She graduated from University of California at Davis and has worked for Ogilivy & Mather Advertising, CooperVision Pharmaceuticals, General Electric Medical Systems and Hallmark Cards.  She began painting in 1994 and has shown in the SF Bay Area in various galleries, gift shops and art festivals.  She is an artist member at Artisans in San Rafael, California and is affiliated with the California Watercolor Association, Marin Arts Council and Marin Society of Artists, where she sat on the Advisory Board.
